ONE YEAR - How it started, what I am learning, and what's next!
“I have no idea what I am doing!” A thought that crossed my mind a few times that 1st month.... Okay, let’s be honest, that thought repeated itself, along with “I am not there yet” , “What’s my purpose?!”, “Why?”, and “How?” to name a few others. They are straight right? ;) Starting my own business in 2020 wasn’t planned or even on my radar. How was I supposed to do this after just moving back to NC, still in a post surgical funk with my own fitness, trying to finish my latest educational certification, and the only gym I knew recently closed its doors…. oh and do I need to mention all while in the middle of a pandemic?!? The OPEX Team that got me started! I will add that I know while I was struggling with my life’s purpose others were struggling with illness, lost jobs, relational struggles, and financial burdens they never saw coming, so please know that I am extremely grateful for all that came my way … it just took me some time to navigate....
